SDSVHO Membership

Membership is available to all individuals recognized and employed by a healthcare facility and having primary or secondary responsibilities for the management of volunteer services or the management or operation of the Gift Shop. Emeritus membership is provided for retired DVS’s.

As you complete this application/renewal, you will be asked if you would like to pay online or manually.  If you select manual, you will receive an invoice via email to submit to your organization for payment.  If you select to pay online, you will receive a receipt via email.
